The Employee Relations team provides a mixture of "hands on" involvement in client operations, and advice & skills transfer to line management.
The Consultant is the client's primary contact for all human resource matters. As such, the Consultant provides both direct service and acts as a link to HR's Total Compensation and Organizational Development, Health, Safety and Wellness Teams as well as other HR Client Services functions.
